General information on the processing of personal data art. 13 D.lgs. 196/2003 and art. 13 Reg.EU 679/2016 GDPR

Dear Sir,

We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196/03, “Privacy Code and Reg. EU 679/2016 – GDPR”, provide for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the regulations indicated, this treatment will be based on the principles of responsibility, lawfulness and transparency and protection of the security of your privacy and your rights. In accordance with the article of law, therefore, we provide you with the following information:

  1. The data controller is Mr. Giovanni Cumerlato, legal representative of Manifattura Italiana Curcirini s.p.a., with registered office in via Spineta,61 in Vallese di Oppeano (VR);
  2. the company has not availed itself of the right to appoint an internal data processing manager, however, it maintains supply relationships for consultancy services rendered by persons acting as external data processing managers on behalf of the Data Controller.
  3. The data provided by you will be processed for purposes related to the execution of supply contracts with your company in order to carry out all fiscal and administrative obligations (issuing invoices, recording invoices, issuing payments, accounting records, etc..) required by law.
  4. The data may be communicated to credit institutions, accounting data processing centers and/or entrusted to partners/operators for the exclusive performance of the activities provided for in the contract; the data in question are not subject to dissemination. Any further communication or dissemination not aimed at the above purposes will only take place with your further explicit consent.
  5. The treatment will be carried out in a computerized way for the issue of the necessary documentation and for the accounting registration of transactions, paper for the possible and/or necessary filing of the results. The data will not be transferred to third party countries.
  6. The conferment of data is indispensable and any refusal could result in the failure or partial execution of the contract or the continuation of the relationship. The automatic profiling of the data is not foreseen.
  7. At any time you may exercise your rights towards the data controller or the person in charge, in accordance with the relevant articles of the Law, which for your convenience we summarize below:

– You have the right to obtain information on the existence of personal data processing concerning you, and on request their communication in an intelligible form.

– The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

  1. a) the origin of personal data;
  2. b) the purposes and methods of processing;
  3. c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
  4. d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors;
  5. e) the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

– The interested party has the right to obtain:

  1. a) the updating, rectification or, when interested therein, the integration of the data;
  2. b) the cancellation (Right to be forgotten), transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

– The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

  1. a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
